I use Iview to save my photos for web but when I submit them to challenges the quality is no where near as well as the original. Can anyone help?>

I'm running Mac OS X and used GraphicConverter to prep my photo for submission to the Words challenge. It works well for me.

Does your software give you control over how high the "quality" of the resulting JPEG file should be?

If it doesn't, ditch it for something else that does. Then, play with the quality settings until you get the best quality possible while still weighing in below 150 KB.
