I am not sure if this is appropriate or not while his blood is still fresh on the ground... but I think it would be a very good memorial for him to have a challenge on his name.

Advanced editing. You don't have to photograph actual war zone, but you can either stage one, or just use gears against a scenery to reflect war or warriors somehow.

I understand if you think this is not appropriate, but I just had to throw this out since he was one of us (photographer)
