Sophia finally redeemed herself with Lost in Translation though.
2. M. Night Shyamalan, in each of the bit roles he has cast himself in, in The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, and Signs. This guy is such a uniquely talented writer and director. I wish someone would sit him down and spell it out for him. "Night, you're a hopelessly bad actor. Casting yourself in your movies is diminishing them. Unless you want your filmography to become some kind of unique testament to the perils of ego in Hollywood, you had better cut it out." I guess that isn't the kind of advice people who make money for producers tend to get. |
Lost in Translation was one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

I think it's an excellent movie. So do 26,889 IMDb voters, giving it 8.1 out of 10, achieving the 149th best movie of all time. |
