Ribbon hogs, water droppers and all DPC heads should bow down and worship this guy.

That's beautiful. Water droplets (and sheets) with soul!

OMG. Breathtaking! Do you think they're composites? How can he throw more than one thing at a time AND take a picture. Must be the Zen....

Wow.... that is.... surprisingly gorgeous. I'm stealing this and reposting, Don. :)

Andy Goldsworthy has been photographing his own "throws," as he calls them, for decades. Maruyama's work brings this form an interesting and fresh perspective, although I don't care for it that much, myself. I prefer Goldsworthy's work.

I like images of throwing liquid.
I also like images of people.
I especially like it when the two are combined.

Extra points for authenticity if the subject is unsuspecting.

beautifull

I like the idea, but what he got from this idea is not so beautiful. The images are dark and the background (maybe I should say - the floor) is strange. I'm not so impressed.

Magnificent. I absolutely love it, thank you for the link.

oh great.

just in time for the current "color" challenges :)

i also agree that the images could be brighter or more interesting, while the capture itself looks great, the image is lacking pop.
