That's a really cool video, especially since it shows all the relevant mechanics, including the aperture. They wisely chose a fast lens at f/16 to show near-maximum aperture movement.
Look at all the bouncing around and flexure of the mirror, diaphragm and shutter. Amazing that the mirror settles down in time for the next shot!

Cool to see the action, though with them using 1/4000 it took me a while to figure out what was going on as like the article says, the rear curtain is chasing the front curtain down. Might have been better to use a slightly slower shutter speed!
