So, I have been planning a photography book for some time now. Im finally getting it done and I have an awesome designer that is doing the graphics layout part of it, because Im terrible at that side of the market.
Its called Photo-Alchemy.
Heres the premise. After reading several photo books and paying for expensive tutorials (and getting nothing out of them) I noticed something missing or stuff that could be used in one piece of media.
So this book goes into a study of all the major and important aspects of a photograph and what it means to a photograph.
not only that but it goes into how it affects the other aspects of the photograph and how they work together.
For example, going into the shade, color and the content of the background and what it does for the rest of the image. Also stuff like contrast, lines and color. The list goes on you know.
So its pretty in-depth.
I havent found a book that describes in detail of how everything works together, just a bunch of vague descriptions that lead you no further than where you started. Its for beginners on up.
Anyways, its coming soon as a downloadable e-book as well as a kindle and iBook version (hopefully)
I might need some help when its finished to make sure everything is up to snuff. |

Yes, I would like to do any version possible.
Proceeds will go towards my new light setup.
The PCB Einsteins are looking great and need more than just a strobist kit. |
