just wanted to get a sense of peoples' thinking...
"Photograph the perfect cup of coffee or someone enjoying .. [more] that perfect cup of coffee. Any form or type of the wonderful caffeinated drink is allowed ie: regular coffee, cappuccino, Irish coffee..."
will a photo be graded down or be DNMC if it is not a CUP of coffee??

Actually it is NOT stupid...I do doubt that anyone could actually guess what is in the cup though. Besides, it's what makes you happy that counts.

no its a really a good question. so if i understand your question correctly... you're asking like could it just be beans or something involving coffee. not just a cup of coffee.

| Not a stupid question, but yes, many voters will expect a cup, many voters may not read the description, and some will look for how you used the topic to make an image. You can take the description literally or use it as a starting point for your own interpretaion . |

Well I've always wanted to have a challenge like this so I've been excited about it all, so far I've uploaded several different photos,and then changed my mind and un-submitted them.... finally made up my mind on which one....but knowing me, I'll come up with another one soon.

Yep, cup vs. no cup...how much will it influence the vote?
As to taking the description as JUST a starting point, well that is my modus operandi anyways...
