| Error message: need to set camera preferences or something like that - I haven't changed my preferences for awhile so I am not sure what's going on. Can someone in the SC look at this issue? Thanks. |

Can you give me the exact text of the error message? Also, at what point are you getting this message?

Hi Terry, thanks for the prompt reply.
Here's the error message:
You need to select a default camera model from the preferences page before you can submit a photograph.
This comes after I have hit the upload/submit button.
