I got a pretty nice tax refund in the mail yesterday, so I thought I would order something new for my collection. So, now I impatiently away the arrival of my new Canon EF 28-300mm F3.5-5.6L IS USM lens! I can't wait to try it out! I'm so excited, I just had to share my news with you all.

My lens got here today! WOW! I love it! Talk about sharp shots all the way from 28mm right up to 300mm. It is heavy, but honestly, it's not as heavy as I expected. It really doesn't weight that much more than my f2.8 70-200mm. Even better, my new 7D body is supposed to come in tomorrow!!
