In case you haven't seen, Fusion 2.1 was released today (//topazlabs.com/support/kb/index.php?View=entry&EntryID=369).

This biggest update for Aperture users is you don't have to create an export TIFF to use Topaz. Instead, Fusion is a plug-in which really speeds up the loading and processing. It also now retains image meta data. I'm playing with it now, it sure is sleek.

Oh, this also frees you up to use a real external editor, such as Photoshop, and not have to do so much switching back and forth.
