I really enjoy the Free Study challenges, and the annual Best Of challenge, as I get to see people's best/favorite work, with more variety and less constraint. I propose adding Best of Quarter challenges (four per year), or even a Best of Last Three Months (once a month). Advanced editing, no topic, but just additional chances to see best/favorite images.

It seems there is often a thread about "which image to enter" and such. This kind of challenge would allow everyone the chance to hit a monthly Free Study, but if (as one would like to think) we each have at least one other image we are proud of, we'd have the chance to enter it in a Best of Last 3 Months challenge, or save it for a Best of Quarter type of challenge if that is the way it goes.
