Is this kirk bl-50dg compatible with the mounting plate on say a manfrotto 322rc2??
If not, would I have to buy an arca swiss baldhead and abandon my manfrotto joystick? |

It won't work with the Manfrotto, no. You don't have to buy Arca-Swiss though, there are other manufacturers producing heads that accept their mounting system.
