When you are working with PS, is one tool or another always active or chosen? Once I have selcted any tool, I haven't seen a way of de-selecitng it other than choosing another one. Is this how it works, or am I totally missing another basic? Thank you all!

EDIT: Make that BASIC question! LOL

That's basically it. When you are over a menu or dialog box, it will change to the regular arrow cursor.

Thanks! It seems strange to me, but I guess I'll get used to it! Thought I was missing how to change it.

Also press alt, shift and control. Depending on what tool you have it will either change to another tool, or give you different options of the same one.
