photographing cops is illegal

I know the general feeling about the subject on DPC so I'm not really posting this to incite the crowd, just to make it available and for people visiting areas (Miami is common) to realize the state of affairs so they can make informed decisions.

Maybe I should go make freinds. I absolutely support these guys, cops should be videotaped, always. If they have problems with that, then that would indicate to me a high likelihood of wrong-doing.

ETA: This is Miami police we're talking about though.... Last year an officer rear-ended a woman and then charged her with DWI and blamed her for the accident, but, unfortunately for him, his own dash cam screwed him.

It's not just going on in Miami, or even Florida.

They need to talk to this guy, and get some tips.

I have seen it before, but I only know ETA to mean Estimated Time of Arrival. What else does it mean?

This post reminded me of an old photo of my dad....he was a New Orleans Police Officer in the 60s - 70s.
