I'm sure everyone is thankful for your wonderful input.

I tried to get some Got Milk shots last night and failed miserably. I just used vanilla milk shake for the mustache, but it turned out too faint. I see other suggestions in this thread (glue, zinc oxide, whitewash...). I am not sure if all these were serious or if people had actually tried them. Could I get a confirmation from someone that has gotten a good Got Milk entry as to what might work. I might take another run at this if I am not too busy dealing with the 2 feet of snow they are predicting later. Thanks.

ironically...yesterday i had a salad for lunch...and driving back to work i noticed in my rearview i had the MOST amazing milk moustache almost completely around my lips...turns out fat free ranch dressing sticks and really holds on well.

i had fairly good success with some half melted vanilla icecream... apparently the actual "got milk?" people use soft serve.

I did mine Friday. I used whipping cream and it seemed to work pretty well.

I read somewhere the ad folks used white glue. Model refused a second try with glue. Frothy milk was visible.

Heavy whipping cream (unwhipped in the carton) works well.

I used soft vanilla ice cream. My model loved the shoot. :)

I used marshmallow fluff :] Thought it looked perfect and I made a peanut butter and marshmallow fluff sandwich with a glass of milk for dinner!

I'm in. The last challenge I entered was way back in May. This should be interesting.

oh drat. Why did I bother?

(welcome back!!! We missed having you kick our butts. I thought for sure you'd come back for the military challenge.)

I was thinking about it, but I just haven't had enough time. We welcomed our 6th child to the family this year.
