Hello rule makers and fellow DPC smart cookies,
I've read the rules under "Advanced Editing", but I am still not clear on several points:

1. Is Photomatix HDR processing with all it's bells and whistles legal on DPC?

2. What about Topaz Adjust, DeNoise, etc.?

3. Is perspective correction allowed, skew and distort tools to fix converging lines?

THX. much for advice.

The answer is yes to all 3.

Make sure if you correct perspective that you crop within the image area. You are not allowed to clone in or fill any new empty space.
