I am trying to use Mogrify plugin to create an outside border on Export from Lightroom. It does that but:
- it makes a much bigger file than specified 300k
- if I reduce file size on export to generate a file under 300k JPEG compression is horrible
Any ideas why?

Please ignore, I have worked it out (I read the instructions a bit more carefully :)
