Hello all,

So my wife and I have planned a trip to Iceland for about 10 days, leaving on June 3 this year. We'll be renting a car (probably 4WD), and at this point hope to make it around the island.

Photography will be a large part of the trip, and we'd like to make sure we hit as many of the highlights as possible (it appears as if there are many). I was hoping to take advantage of the expertise of our native Icelanders here to get some recommendations in terms of locations, but any and all photography advice for a first-timer visiting in June would be hugely appreciated. Specifically, any tips on how to use one's day most efficiently given the quantity and nature of the light this time of year would be very welcomed. I envision myself not sleeping very much :)

I have the Frommer's guide, which seems to have a lot of good suggestions, but would love to hear from folks who have actually been/live there.
