So I have had this link saved to my favorites for awhile. Now that I have my speedylight flash I am going to try and make it. I think I already have most of the materials around my house so it shouldn't cost me more than $10 I'll let you know how it works out.

Or you could buy one on ebay for $25 with free shipping that won't tear or fall apart if caught in the rain. LOL!

Yeah but with the home made one you can make different sizes for your little sb-600 or similar flashes :) which is precisely my problem

Here's a link for the small version that fits over the flash.

DIY Homemade flash mini-bouncer from makezine.com.

I made one of these on thick card stock and it worked beautifully. The best part is, it's so cheap they are disposable.

I actually thought this one was pretty cool for that reason. link I think I'll put it on my wish list.

Looks similar to the Lastolite Speed-lite. You can get two for the price of one of the Lastolite.

Ya I know they are not that expensive but I like to make things, so I am going to try it. Plus I already have 90% of the stuff on hand so I figured why not?
