Interesting idea...
How would this play out? You'd post the title of the challenge and people would vote on each picture like it was in that challenge?
Cool idea.

I'm sure the non-submitters had a challenge they wished they had entered. This is a second chance for all.
I imagine the informed voter would use the chosen challenge as the scoring measure. |
