Otherwise, I've been on a The Jam binge lately. I also have been a big fan of The Black Keys for awhile now.
If I'm really in a mood to get things done, I need things to be a bit less distracting, and tend towards Bonobo, Sixtoo, Blockhead, and really anything off of Ninja Tune Records.
They listed Portishead and Massive Attack as influences, and I can hear that in the music (I'm also a Portishead & Massive Attack fan, so that's all good and well).
Anyway, thanks for the heads-up, I always enjoy hearing new music.
