Hello Everyone, Been here 6 months so thought it was time to introduce myself.Im a 58 year old male living in the UK.
Born in the Midlands but I now live in Llandudno,North Wales.
I don,t work anymore so have loads of time messing about with photography.
Although I have been doing photography on and off for about 40 years I use an entry level Canon 400D and a couple of cheap Canon lenses.
I have entered a few of the challenges and have one ribbon to date (third).
I think I have learned a lot since joining, as the challenges give a goal and seeing others work and methods really help.As do the comments made on my images.

Good to meet you, and welcome to the site. It's a great place it really is, I have been here years, they sweep me under the carpet every so often but I keep finding my way back.

In six months a ribbon, a top 10 and 8 photos above 6 that's not a bad "début" !
There are also 873 comments you have left. That's really great !

Welcome, and clearly only YOU think poorly of your equipment :-)
Congrats on your ribbon and top 10. And remember, it's not the size of the boat or the motion of the ocean. It's how the captain navigates! |
