Okay, just to make sure. A filter I used on a pic that I want to enter adds a slight (but noticeable) vignette with it. I know that your not supposed to use filters that give the picture a different effect, but I could argue that the Topaz filters would do more in that sense then my vignette would. Not trying to start a rant or anything, but would my picture be allowed? Please say yes. : )

no. you may not: "use ANY editing tool to create new image area, objects or features (such as vignettes, lens flare or motion) that didn’t already exist in your original capture."
