Last year, the Eye-Fi card was launched, and up to now, it's still quite expensive. This year, a Singaporean company, Trek, who claims to be the "inventor" of the thumbdrive, makes another claim of creating the "first" wireless SD card. They call it the Flu-Card. It's relatively cheaper. The 8gb costs only about US$100, compared to Eye-Fi's more expensive 2GB.
It may be a cool accessory, or not. So, has anyone used any of them? Any feedbacks on them? I'm tempted to buy one, but don't really know if it would be that useful other than for a quick upload to Facebook:) |
