I thought that some of you may be interested in this trip I stumbled across at the Kinesis web site.
Grand Canyon rafting photo trip

| Some beautiful photos, but this is the way I'd go, if I had the wherewithal. I'm pretty sure they also have special trips for photographers. |

It's an idea to be VERY smitten with. I've been aware of these dories for decades, remember watching them go by when I was hiking down in the canyon. Wonderful trip. Out of my price range though, sadly.

Well, of course, seeing how skiff-like they are. ;-)
I did once, in fact, have a booking with Grand Canyon Dories, back in 1986, but I chose to stay in Japan a couple of months longer and change the booking to Hell's Canyon of the Snake River instead.Great trip, that was. |
