I think (or thought) it was a good idea for a universal login of sorts.
But I am very skeptical of the "permissions" you give to use a shared login. Check this out. I go to JPG mag, it says "Hey Facebooker! Login with your Facebook account and start sharing!"
Sounds good and easy, right? Now, you are on facebook. The acknowledgement question is:
JPGMag.com is requesting permission to do the following:
Access my basic information
Includes name, profile picture, gender, networks, user ID, list of friends, and any other information I've shared with everyone.
Send me email
JPGMag.com may email me directly at [email address removed]·
Post to my Wall
JPGMag.com may post status messages, notes, photos, and videos to my Wall
Access my data any time
JPGMag.com may access my data when I'm not using the application
Emphasis mine. Who are they kidding? I need to give permission for all that just to share the login?
