Greetings,
Seems most caught on it was NOT his hand, but mine. (Try shooting steady with your left hand sometime - not easy).
The document is real and is in my office. It was signed by the Governor himself too. We (I) were chosen by ASE to represent the State of California on behalf of ASE (Automotive Sevice Excellence) to make the formal request for an Automotive Service Professionals Day. The Governor approved it and mailed it back to us. To date, 20 states have proclaimed it. I was honored that we had been chosen to represent the State of California, and in this challenge, though I know a signing would never be photographed that way, but just wanted to boast and maybe raise a few eyebrows with the shot.
