| I have noticed that the system often not only puts up someone else's thumbnail, but also puts their username under it. A side effect of that glitch is that it also fails to add a ribbon to my profile. I wasn't gonna complain, but it happens every week now, so you're not alone. |

This should be an error in caching images in memory.
By hitting ctrl + shift + R or ctrl + F5, you force the reload of all datas, including images. |

| Happened to me too... Freaked me out because it made me think I had uploaded the wrong picture after checking my entry over and over... After awhile I hit the update button and it refreshed to the correct image. |
