For those of you who like behind the scenes video's, here is my latest editorial for Harper's BAZAAR en Español with model Michelle Westgeest, Viva Models, shot at the Baccarat Museum in Paris.

Cmon people you should really watch this video! Ben uses 1 light(and reflectors) for these photos. A great lesson can be learned here. when watching the video take note of where the light is placed and what diffuser is used. MOst of us have that equipment or it is easily attainable. No real mystery! Just great execution.
Also notice the light meter. It is a must in my opinion.
Now I just have to execute and bring out the light meter more often.

Pffft. I can do that with a cigarette lighter, a piece of tracing paper, and my Samsung. ;-) |
