Ok after a week of HP support, Adobe support, and Windows support with not resolve I have decided to go with a dual boot system.

I have been reading up on how to do it but want to make sure I do it exactly right as not to have XP overwrite Win 7's boot.ini

I have three internal HD's.

1. 1TB HD with Windows 7
2. 1TB HD with Windows XP
3. 250GB HD (Backup disk) Every night my computer does a system and files backup on this drive.

Drive 2 with XP would be dedicated to photography (Storing, editing, and saving.) Only software related to photography.

Do you think this is a good way to go until Adobe and Windows get a good fix on CS3?

I'm running CS 3 on windows 7.

However, for backup isn't 250 gb a bit small when your main drives are 1 TB?

It only backs up pertinent window 7 files needed to reboot in case a crash. Then it backs up the files and folders I specify. I said system files, sorry for the confusion...not all system files.
