After participating in the Over challenge, and voting in both the Over and Under, it seemed to me that people would have really liked to be able to do some edits. So I'm thinking, instead of the standard outtakes thread, maybe we could use this to show off our entry, and how we would edit it (either Basic or Advanced).
I have done this with my entry, and really enjoy what it turned out to be. I think the Minimal editing challenge really forced me to focus on composition, and then I had a good photo to start my post processing with (instead of an average photo to try to make good).
Anyone else game for this? |

I have my 'advanced' (which is really a basic) edit in my notes already.
I'll link to it when it's all done, though.

I also did that. I think I had a good shot to start with and it's holding in the mid-5's but I found some modest cropping and saturation boost improved it tremendously. I'll play. |

I got my advanced version also. The good news is it's barely distinguishable from the minimal, which I guess means either A: I did a very good job, or B, the actual shot is pretty blah. Based on my score, I suspect the latter :-)
