| Which would be the better way to go? I have Photoshop cs4, but looking for something a little quicker and simpler to use for some everyday stuff. Would you add Elements 3 or Nik Photoshop plugin? |

i like lightroom for quick and dirty picture adjustments.
lightroom has a fully functional 30 day trial, check it out.

| Your title say Lightroom and Nik and your text says Elements and Nik. I'd try Lightroom for basic editing, even easier than Elements. Nik filters are great and I have the complete collection but they are not really for doing basic edits. I use them with both Ligthroom and Elements and prefer them with Elements because you can layer and erase. |
