was mid dream not 15 minutes ago when i woke up to the apartment block fire alarm going off. got up. grabbed camera (:D) exited apt. went downstairs and outside for that time to find out some superstar genius thought it would be hilarious to break one of those 'break glass to set off alarm' fire alarms.
not only was i awokakened for no cause but i got no shots either!
anyway...
what was interesting was my dream though. it may be coincidental or it might mean what i heard in inception the other day about the brain's provcessing power being 20x fasten when dreaming is not untrue...
the dream was i got back early from a night out with friends and went to sleep. they returned when i was in slumber but had no keys so they rang me. being tired i ignore the call and put the phone on 'soft' mode (whatever that is). they ring again but the ring tone is the fire alarm's harsh ring. i awake to the alarm then.
did i hear and invent the whole dream based around the alarm? or am i in love with my mother?
what ye think?
(on a side note it was the first time ive seen people actually responding to a fire alarm in ireland. it was probably cause they caught us off guard in our sleep.)

Oh...I remember the fire alarms from the good ole' college years. Went off one Saturday afternoon. It was actually a real fire down my hall. Crawled out under the smoke. |

No, they arrived in time to put contain it in the one room it was in. They lost everything. The bed frame had melted slightly. The fire was started by a candle under a curtain that was blowing from the wind. Then, it was fueled by a number of hair-spray cans that burst and ignited. The fire had occurred in the hallway adjacent to mine.
