Doesn't the new Adobe Camera RAW have a tab for fixing motion artifact? I'm interested if it would work on 30 second star trails that are small (maybe 4-6 pixels) and unwanted. I'm going to give it a try when I get home, but I wondered if people were already doing this and what results they had?

Oh, I've tried in the past... I have not been satisfied with the results. The tools available all ass-u-me that the motion is in a uniform direction, which with star trailing it is not. Well, it might be close, if the focal length is long, and you shot well away from either of the celestial poles, but for WA, probably not an option.
FWIW, the available tools are based on deconvolution, and there is no reason why one couldn't deconvolve a rotationally-shifted image, you'd just need the applicable point spread function.

Aww, too bad. I thought I was onto something.
