I wonder if it was because all it does are global settings. Im curious.
Anyone know the answer to this? |

Yes. It's been discussed at length. As long as you don't "create an effect". Which as far as I know, nobody's been DQ'd for yet...

Each setting does something different, and the whole point of some settings is to create an effect. The variations are sometimes subtle and sometimes full-on. It might be a bit hard to tell what's OK and what's not. So far I have steered clear of it in basic so I would like to see some very definite parameters on this. (And FilterForge too.)

| if you're just using it to bump contrast its totally legal. ran that by sc a few challenges ago. |
