Does anyone know of a way to change the selection from 'add to' to 'subtract from' your selection with a keyboard press instead of the click up top?

Thanks
Steven

alt I think does that but there should be a short cut next to the menu item

On a mac in CS4 and CS5 holding down the Option key should change it from add to subtract

Holding down ALT shifts to subtraction mode. Holding down the SHIFT key shifts to addition mode. Hold the key down while you do the selection.

I'm a day late and a dollar short, but it's the alt key you want, yuppers. My left thumb lives on the alt key when I am fine tuning selections :-)
