Can I use a Polarised filter for a 10-20mm for my 70-200mm f2.8 is lens? Aren't the super wide angle lens filters much thinner then a regular filter????

The thinner part is only of concern if you have a wide angle, as this refers to the thickness of the mount, not the glass itself really. It performs the same, just thinner ones minimize vignetting. So you only have to worry about how thick it is if you're using a wide angle, you should be fine with a 70-200 no problem.

I do not know about 10-20mm superwides - that is exceptionally wide - but I have a Schneider Optik thin polarizer for my 16-35mm that I shoot wide open without vignetting on a "full frame" Canon 5DII.

The 16-35mm is my favorite and generally first choice for landscapes so being able to shoot wide open has made a huge difference to me, otherwise I'd have to crop most pictures. Thin polarizers, though, are expensive and because they lack front threads the lens cap may not stay on very well... mine doesn't. I resorted to duct tape to keep it secure.

A thin polarizer for your 70-200mm is unnecessary because of its already narrow FOV (field of view).

If cost is an issue, I'd recommend buying the highest quality thin polarizer you can afford for your widest thread lens, probably the 10-20mm, and buy adapter rings for the other lenses you plan to use it on.

For myself, I have a standard width B&W polarizer that I use with my 70-200mm and other lenses with adapter rings and a standard 58mm thread polarizer for the 100mm macro lens used when shooting outdoors. That minimizes having to switch over the polarizer to the next lens every time I change.
