Maybe comments and scores should be made invisible to everyone during the voting stage. Only show number of votes and comments received. This way no one has anything to complain about until after the challenge is over, Then at that stage the site could auto generate a discussion thread for comments and votes received much like the automatic outtake thread that is started after each challenge. Then each user/member can choose to view the thread or ignore it. Truthfully there is no real reason to show either during the voting. It doesn't change the outcome, It is not going to help improve the photo you entered in that challenge, All it does is spark alot of threads about low scores and lousy comments etc...

A thread complaining about all the threads that complain about voting and commenting. I think we need less threads complaining about the threads that complain about the threads that complain about voting. In fact I should start threads about this so someone can complain about all of the threads...

SC, can we lock this? It's gotten to the point where the initial premise has become a subject of derision.
Sad, really.....the idea was hopefully to get some folks an outlet for their frutration by attempting to channel their energy constructively.
