I am not sure I know what you are referring to. Do you mean like the sunset in the Open challenge right now? If so, perhaps the photographer will post something when the voting is over. Wish I could help.

Are you talking about Diptych / Triptych?
If so, then you want to check the Tutorials for the answer to your question.
