I am looking to buy a 550ex.. would buy it used if i could. Anyone wanting to upgrade to the 580 and sell off their old 550?

Is there a bulb life on 2nd hand flashes? Number of flashes till it dies? If so, is it possible to replace the bulbs easily?

apostrophe is spelled "apostrophe", not "apostraphy"
