| I got my D70 friday night and i havent been able to put it down yet! i know i have to read through the manual a few times.... a few ?'s for current owners...there are no color modes in this camera right? everything would have to be done post production right? any quirks i should know about? you can see some samples from the Red Sox parade yesterday...i love this camera!Parade |

hey, congratulations!
i was at the parade yesterday with my d70 as well. i've not had a chance to edit any of my pics, but I would like to have a couple tonight. it looks like you and i were really close. we started out at copley and then ran over to the esplanade.
you are correct about the color modes...have to do it in post-process. i prefer it that way anyway. the only other quirk i have encountered is that when you set the cam to timer mode, you have to reset it back to timer mode in between each shot. i really hate that. otherwise, it's a fantastic cam and you will have a great time with it.
