This is a phot of a bridge close to my work, I went out at luch time to get some shots. Sadly this is one of the better ones. I think I am going through some kind of a photo block.

Strong diagonals almost always add interest to an image. I think you could even make the angle more extreme in this case. Including a bit of what lies beneath the bridge may also add interest.
You've done well with the lighting as it can be very harsh at noon.

Bridges are always fun to take pictures of. This bridge does not seem to be that old, I guessing the lines are drawing your attention. The perspective that you have chosen to me seems to be a little to close to the bridge. I would try going to my left a little so that it would open up the bridge vertically, because it seems to have no height. I think this bridge is interesting and I think your perspective maybe [IMO] just a tad off. With that said its still a good shot. |

That's a great shot despite the lighting conditions. Maybe try the same shot with a flash? Not sure how that would turn out, but the bridge just looks so dark. Still a great shot either way though.
