Playing around with Adobe photoshop today, on the File Properties the Resolution is 72 on the 20D while on the 10D it is 180.

is this DPI? which gives you better picture quality 72 or 180.????

This makes no difference when displaying the image on your screen. You can change the 20D file to 180 if you would like without resampling the file but it will still look the same on the screen. All you are really doing is changing the dpi and size for printing I believe.

It's the number of pixels that really counts. The dpi is just used to determine the size of the print.
