I'm pulling a 5.7059 right now. I was expecting a 5.5'ish, so I'm pretty close. Was trying something new, wanted to see what kind of reaction it got, and now I'm just waiting for the comments to come in.
Hopefully there will be some. lol.
I think my concious decision to just really start having fun with this site, instead of worrying so much about scoring and pleasing everyone, has payed off. My humor entry in Defining Features was a breath of fresh air, and really helped re-focus me.
I suggest everyone try an off-the-wall entry at *least* once a month! Keep us on our toes!

I see there are lots of people who think they should be doing better and complaining about their scores again!
I'm at 4.89 after 55 votes.
I obviously thought I would get a ribbon with my shot.
Don't we all?
But I'm not going to moan.
I realize that not everyone has the same great taste as me :-)

didn't want to start a new topic, and don't want to steal this post..
But is it just me or do we get realy realy realy few comments in this challenge?
I'm not scoring bad, but have just 1 comment, normaly I get at least 5 or 6 the first 12 hours....

Just been thru and voted on some of the most stunning shots I've seen for ages! Given four 10, three 9 and loads of 8/7's.
Gonna comment later, but most impressed. Guess I'll get the brown for sure this time.

LOL! I started out as a strong 9 in the morning and have dropped to a slimmer more svelte 5 in the evening...I should be on a slimfast commercial...what a difference a day makes...tsk-tsk.
