I have just purchased the Epson R800 and am trying to print on 6x4 Epson perforated photo paper (s041134). Can anyone tell me what is the procedure to get correctly placed printing. I tried setting the size to 6x4 but I got lots of white space in the area that is not cut off. I tried setting a custom size of 6.48x4.48in and still got a border within the good part. I have already thrown away 5 sheets (and they are not cheap around here). Anyone can help please? Thanks |

I did not since I thought one gets the border and then cuts it off. I also heard that with borderless you get less resolution. Should I tick borderless and then set it 6x4 or use a custom size? |

I crop for the 6x4 size and mostly it tells me that the image will be cropped but there really is no noticable difference.
Borderless does not appear to effect the resolution, it rocks!
I love this printer, in fact I have just (Last monday) joined the local camera club and I knew before hand what the theme was so I took a A4 borderless print (My wildlife) with me and I won the medium print catagory.. lol so I can win somewhere even if its not here!
