It's tough to respond to a photo in isolation. Tell us what you were trying to achieve. Was this a chance snap or a well planned composition? Does this location hold some special meaning for you? Etc.

The idea is good, but the angular perspective is quite off and the brighntess of the sun prevented proper exposure of the structure and made the shot very much undercontrasted. in my opinion.

looks like the Chapel at Stanford.
I think the colors look overly saturated. |

| It is the stanford chapel, I just took the shot with no preplanning and i thought it looked cool. |

| For me, the perspective is a little off putting. This can be corrected quite easily in PS. I've had a bit of a quick play with your image but won't post unless you agree. |
