I showed these images to a lot of my friends and they all came back saying to submit the one I did. I disagreed quite strongly but decided to go with the flow. So i was surprised it did OK.

My favorites were these first two - I would be interested to see what anyone else thinks. Also added the others from that few days by the coast.

Boats at low tide has definite graphic quality with the most interesting hard edge shadow playing into the composition of fine colour rendering. A really great, nice landscape album.

Great shots, Jon. I left you a few comments. I'm curious what settings you used on some of these. Particularly What GND, lens, shutter...did you use? Love that shot, btw.

What a beautiful collection. I am still in love with your actual entry, but any number of these would have been right there, too. You have a real eye for the expanse of beauty.

Without any hint or intention of a pun..can I just say "1919" rocks.

Seriously, it is a beautiful shot which would make a great print.
