At this LINK it shows you how to make your portriat into a carvable jack-o-lantern pattern using Print Shop 4.0 under the portraits section. Its looks fairly simple and really cool. I am made jack-o-lanterns but before i saw this. If anyone does this post your photos or of any jack-o-lantern that you do.
Here are mine, not too fancy but the kids like them.

Here is a photo of a misquito that landed in the candle

I planned on doing something like your first shot but just using the lighting from the candle in the jack o lantern. Those are good looking to though. |

This was my entry in last year's Hallowe'en challenge.
We used to have more elaborate carvings when we had no kids, but we let the kids have their say now. Still lots 'o fun!

I'm too embarrased to post mine in this thread. I'd win Brown. Carved one out on Sunday with the kids. They designed it on paper first. As they are 4 & 6, I still have a chance of doing it. |

Don't be! Let us see it.
The one I posted was a professional at the Texas State Fair!
I'm not that talented at carving pumpkins myself :) That is why I said I would just let him do it LOL

Greetings,
Hmm, Carving, sounds dangerous, and people try to keep me and sharp objects away from each other (grin), how about these....
