I was wondering if a certain border that I sometimes use is legal re. editing rules of the open challenges.
The border I am talking about is semi transperant and I get it by stroking with a width of let's say 20 pixels and opasity of 50% (or less)
This is what I mean:
(I know it is not the right border for this subject, but I needed some kind of example :-)

I believe it would be illegal in an open challenge but fine in a members challenge.
It is like dodge or burn the alteration is selective rather than on the entire image.

That technique (SelectAll; stroke at < 100% opacity) should be a legal border for all challenges. Historically, it is not all that popular with the voters though. |
