ok, i'll bite

first, try resampling your image down to 640 pixels or so, that is plenty large to view on the net and on this site... your picture took a while to load.. and was WAY to high in pixels

the image itself was allright, although the window is closed now and i don't feel like trying to load it again.. the windmill was DEAD senter which sorta kills the interest... if it is off to the side it creates a bit more dynamic, read the tutorials on this site and you will glean quite a bit of valuable info.

Keep in mind the rule of thirds when taking pictures it makes for great composition. Other then that not a bad shot.

I agree with leaf. Cropping the image to put the windmill off center would help the shot as well as some post processing:

Curves
Gausian blur on the sky
Unsharp mask
Crop
resize

I just fiddled with it for a second here is what I came up with:

edit: oh ya cloned out the telephone pole in the background

You might want to channel mix a lot of red / magenta out.

I agree with all the above, took a while to download, a nice pic in need of some cropping and I am a hater of powerlines.

Still my favourite windmill shot (and maybe one of my best shots:)
